Abstract

本发明公开了一种容错型电磁搅拌电源系统及其控制方法,系统前级为三相可控整流电路,将三相电转化为稳定的直流电压输出,为系统后级两相正交逆变电路供电;直流侧串联两个容值相同的电容;后级为容错的三相转两相正交逆变电路,将直流电逆变为交流电,经过两个输出电感与单相负载连接。输出侧的输出电感能抑制高次谐波及扼制短路故障时电流过大。当系统正常工作时,后级两相正交逆变器为两相三桥臂逆变电路,当后级两相正交逆变器中的功率器件发生故障时,即某一相桥臂的功率开关发生短路或开路故障时,断开故障桥臂,并接通相应的三端双向可控硅开关,构成两相半桥逆变电路,以保持系统持续正常运行。本发明提高了电源的可靠性。
The invention discloses a fault-tolerant type electromagnetic stirring power source system and a control method thereof. A preceding stage of the system is a three-phase controlled rectifier circuit, converting a three-phase power into a stable direct current (DC) voltage for output, and supplying power for a two-phase orthogonal inverter circuit of a later stage of the system; at a DC side, two capacitors having a same capacitance value are connected in series. The later stage relates to a fault-tolerant two-phase orthogonal inverter circuit converted from three phase, inverting a DC into an alternative current (AC), being connected to a one-phase load via two output inductors. The output inductor at the output side may restrain higher harmonic and prevent an excessive current during a short-circuit fault. When the system works normally, the later stage two-phase orthogonal inverter is a two-phase three-bridge-arm inverter circuit; when a power device in the later stage two-phase orthogonal inverter breaks down, i.e., a power switch of a certain one-phase bridge arm is short circuited or has an open-circuit fault, the fault bridge arm is disconnected, and a TRIAC is correspondingly connected to constitute a two-phase half-bridge inverter circuit, so as to maintain normal operation of the system. The reliability of the power source is improved.
