Power battery cooling fluid filter

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of heat management of electric automobiles. Power of the electric automobile is supplied by a battery pack which is provided with a cooling system and equipped with multiple batteries, and cooling of the electric automobile is generally based on liquid cooling, but in the working process, some impurities in cooling fluid may affect the normal circulating flow of the cooling fluid and reduce the cooling effect on a power battery, thus affecting the normal work and the service life of the battery. In order to solve the problem, the invention provides a filter which mainly has two functions of 1, filtering iron-containing impurities in a cooling fluid loop of the power battery through a filter element, so as to avoid the influence on normal flowing of the cooling fluid due to deposition of the impurities on the power battery pack or a circulating pump body and enhancing the liquid cooling effect of the power battery, and 2, when blocking is caused by more impurities deposited on the filter element, automatically switching on a spring valve under the action of a pressure difference between a water inlet and a water outlet to enable the cooling fluid to directly flow from the water inlet towards the water outlet, so as to avoid poor battery cooling effect caused by no flowing of the cooling fluid due to the blocking of the filter element and improve the working safety of the power battery.
本发明属于电动汽车热管理技术领域。电动汽车的动力由具有冷却系统的装有多个电池的电池组提供,而冷却一般靠液冷,但在其工作过程中,冷却液中含有的一些杂质会影响其正常循环流动,降低动力电池的降温冷却效果,影响电池的正常工作和使用寿命。为解决这一问题发明此过滤器,其用途主要有二,一是通过滤芯过滤动力电池冷却液回路中的含铁杂质,避免杂质沉积在动力电池组或循环泵体上而影响冷却液的正常流动,提高动力电池液冷效果;二是当滤芯上沉积杂质较多造成堵塞时,弹簧阀在进出水口压差的作用下自动开启,使得冷却液直接由进水口流向出水口,避免因滤芯堵塞造成冷却液的不流动造成的电池冷却效果不佳,提高动力电池的工作安全性。
