Abstract

The invention discloses a precise micropore forming method of a fluoroplastic silencer. The micropore forming method comprises the following steps: carrying out rough turning and finish turning on the inner pore diameter and outer side surface of the silencer; pouring a molten low-melting-point material into an inner hole of the silencer, placing the silencer filled with the low-melting-point material in the vacuum environment, and waiting for solidifying under the room temperature; carrying out finish machining on the micropore in the silencer obtained in the second step; and carrying out melting and removing the low-melting-point material in the inner hole of the silencer, and cleaning the silencer. For the micropore of the silencer formed through the processing method, no burrs are generated, and the potential safety hazard of redundant substances is eliminated. According to the method, warming and vacuumizing are carried out on the silencer filled with the low-melting-point material under the molten state, the air holes inside the low-melting-point material under the molten state can be eliminated, and the phenomenon of no filling or incomplete filling after solidifying can not occur.
本发明公开了一种氟塑料消声器精密微孔成形方法,包括粗车和精车消声器的内部孔径和外侧面;将熔化后的低熔点材料浇灌至消声器内孔中,将灌有低熔点材料消声器置真空环境中,在室温下凝固;精加工步骤二获得的消声器上的微孔;熔化并去除填充在消声器内孔中的低熔点材料,清洗消声器。本发明的加工方法成形的消声器微孔不会产生毛刺,不存在多余物的隐患;本发明将内部填充有低熔点材料的消声器在熔融状态下,加温抽真空,可以消除熔融状态下低熔点材料内部气孔,凝固后不会出现未填充或未完全填充现象。
