Abstract

The invention discloses a circuit structure with a temperature compensation function. The circuit structure comprises an organic light emitting diode, a driving transistor and a temperature-sensitive resistor. The organic light emitting diode comprises a cathode and an anode which are opposite to each other; the driving transistor comprises a first pole and a second pole; the first pole is a source electrode, and the second pole is a drain electrode; or the first pole is a drain electrode, and the second pole is a source electrode; the temperature-sensitive resistor is arranged between the driving transistor and a light emitting device in an electrically connected manner or is arranged between the driving transistor and a voltage source in an electrically connected manner. The circuit structure has the advantages that sensed temperatures can be increased to correspondingly increase resistance or can be decreased to correspondingly reduce the resistance, accordingly, driving currents can be regulated, and light can assuredly keep being normally emitted by the organic light emitting diode under different temperature conditions.
