本发明涉及电路板检测技术领域,解决传统电路板检测机的灯条长时间使用也会发热,也导致检测结果出现不准的情况。一种应用于电路板检测机的可平移调节侧向激光照射机构,其安装于所述电路板检测机的机架上;包括用于照射印刷电路板的激光灯、安装竖杆和可平移调节装置;所述可平移调节装置包括竖臂、连接板和灯具安装臂;所述竖臂设置有两个,分别为前竖臂和后竖臂;所述前竖臂的一端设置于所述连接板底部的一侧,所述后竖臂的一端设置于所述连接板底部的另一侧;激光灯设置于所述灯具安装臂的一端,灯具安装臂的另一端设置于所述前竖臂和后竖臂之间并与所述前竖臂和所述后竖臂相互铰接;所述连接板设置于所述电路板检测机的机架上。
The invention relates to the technical field of circuit board detection, discloses a lateral laser irradiation mechanism with translational adjustment applied to a circuit board detection machine and aims at solving the problems that a light bar of the traditional circuit board detection machine can generate heat after being used for a long time and can also cause an inaccurate detection result. The lateral laser irradiation mechanism with translational adjustment is installed on a rack of the circuit board detection machine and comprises a laser lamp used for irradiating a printed circuit board, mounting vertical rods and a translational adjustment device; the translational adjustment device is composed of two vertical arms, a connecting plate and a lamp mounting arm; the vertical arms are a front vertical arm and a back vertical arm respectively; one end of the front vertical arm is arranged on one side of the bottom of the connecting plate; one end of the back vertical arm is arranged on the other side of the bottom of the connecting plate; the laser lamp is arranged at one end of the lamp mounting arm; the other end of the lamp mounting arm is arranged between the front vertical arm and the back vertical arm and is mutually hinged to the front vertical arm and the back vertical arm; and the connecting plate is arranged on the rack of the circuit board detection machine.
