Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for measuring adsorbing capacity of a molecular sieve on the basis of gas consumption. The gas volume variation after the gas is adsorbed by the molecular sieve is utilized to measure the adsorbing capacity of the molecular sieve for the gas. The device comprises a gas storage tank, an adsorbing tank, a gas source, a vacuum pump, a gas flow meter, a gas stop valve, a gas pipe, a vacuum display unit, a gas pressure display control unit, a molecular sieve bed, a metal heating wire, a temperature sensor, a temperature display controller and the molecular sieve. Before the test, the vacuum pump is used for vacuumizing the gas storage tank and the adsorbing tank; the gas passes by the gas flow meter and reaches the gas storage tank and the adsorbing tank; after the adsorption reaches a balanced state, the gas remained in the gas storage tank and the adsorbing tank is subtracted from the gas flow recorded by the gas flow meter, so that the adsorbing capacity of the molecular sieve can be measured. The method and the device can be utilized to measure the adsorbing capacity of a zeolite 3A molecular sieve for HF gas under the room temperature and different pressures. The operation is simple and convenient.
本发明公开了一种气体消耗量测定分子筛吸附量的方法与装置,利用分子筛吸附气体后气体体积变化量,测定分子筛对该气体的吸附量。装置包括储气罐、吸附罐、气体源、真空泵、气体流量测量仪,气体截止阀、气管、真空显示单元、气体压力显示控制单元、分子筛床、金属加热丝、温度传感器、温度显示控制仪和分子筛。测试前真空泵给储气罐和吸附罐内部抽真空,气体通过气体质量流量仪到达储气罐和吸附罐,吸附达到平衡后,气体质量流量仪记录气体流量减去储气罐和吸附罐内剩余的气体量,即可测定分子筛的吸附量。利用该方法和装置测定了室温下沸石3A分子筛吸附HF气体在不同压强时的吸附量,操作简单方便。
