本发明公开了一种连接机构,包括直角形连接组件,所述直角形连接组件的个数为六的倍数,相邻两所述直角形连接组件首尾相互靠近并转动连接在一起;处于初始状态时,所有所述直角形连接组件连接后形成L形框架结构。采用该连接机构,结构简单、结构强度高、构思巧妙、变化灵活多样、制造成本低、对空间需求小、具有良好的市场前景;可应用于活动复杂的机械臂中,与传统的多活动轴和旋转结构的方式相比,简化了机械连接方式和传统活动组件的重复利用,且耗材少,动作灵活高效;同时,利用各个直角形连接组件的旋转,为应用于对空间条件要求苛刻的场合奠定了基础,而且,大大提高了该连接机构的应用性。
The invention discloses a connecting mechanism which comprises right-angle-shaped connecting assemblies. The number of the right-angle-shaped connecting assemblies is a multiple of six. Every two adjacent right-angle-shaped connecting assemblies get close to each other in an end-to-end manner and are rotationally connected. When the connecting mechanism is in an initial state, all the right-angle-shaped connecting assemblies are connected and then form an L-shaped frame structure. B means of the connecting mechanism, the structure is simple, the structural strength is high, the concept is ingenious, changes are flexible and diverse, the manufacturing cost is low, the requirement for space is low, and good market prospects are achieved; the connecting mechanism can be applied to mechanical arms complex in movement, compared with a traditional manner of multiple movable shafts and rotating structures, a mechanical connecting manner is simplified, traditional movable assemblies are repeatedly used, material consumption is low, and actions are flexible and efficient; and meanwhile rotation of all the right-angle-shaped rotating assemblies is utilized, a foundation is laid for occasions having harsh requirements for space conditions, and in addition, applicability of the connecting mechanism is greatly improved.
