Abstract

The invention discloses a construction method for lowering a large-inclination-angle raking pile reinforcement cage. The construction method comprises the steps that a hole is opened; a reinforcement mesh is laid; a steel arch is erected; concrete is sprayed; a semifinished reinforcement cage is fabricated; guide pipes are laid at a hole orifice of a raking pile; the surface of the concrete and exposed reserved welding points on the steel arch are cleaned; the semifinished reinforcement cage is lifted by a lifting machine to the hole orifice of the raking pile; the whole reinforcement cage slides down to the bottom of the hole along the guide pipes after being lifted by a preset inclination angle; the semifinished reinforcement cage is welded on the reserved welding points on the steel arch by temporary welded reinforcement; longitudinal reinforcement and transverse reinforcement of the reinforcement cage are ligated; and the laying density is increased to the preset density. According to the construction method, the semifinished reinforcement cage is fabricated and then lowered into the hole by the guide pipes, so that on one hand, the mounting efficiency and the mounting quality are improved as compared with complete laying and mounting of the reinforcement cage in the hole, and on the other hand, the mounting quality and the mounting safety are improved as compared with whole reinforcement cage fabrication and lowering.
本发明公开了一种大倾角斜桩钢筋笼下放的施工方法,包括开孔、铺设钢筋网、架设钢拱架和喷射混凝土的前序工作,还包括制作钢筋笼半成品;在斜桩孔口铺设导管,并清理钢拱架上混凝土表面和露出预留焊接点;用起吊机将步骤一种制作好的钢筋笼半成品吊运至斜桩孔口,吊起预定倾斜角度后,将整个钢筋笼顺着导管下滑至孔底;将钢筋笼半成品通过临时焊接钢筋焊焊接于钢拱架上预留焊接点;绑扎钢筋笼的纵向钢筋和横向钢筋,将铺设密度增加至预定密度的施工步骤。本发明的钢筋笼先制作成半成品再通过导管辅助下放至孔内,一方面与完全在孔内铺设并安装钢筋笼相比提高了安装效率和质量;另一方面与将钢筋笼整体制作好后再下放相比提高了安装质量和安全。
