本发明公开了一种低甲醛家具用覆膜纸的制作方法,具体步骤如下包括半预湿、浸渍胶水一次浸渍烘干、涂布胶水二次浸渍烘干、冷却、堆垛,浸渍胶水按重量份数的原料包括甲醛60‑100份、尿素30‑50份、甲醛捕捉剂8‑12份,涂布胶水按重量份数的原料包括三聚氰胺树脂胶100份、潜伏性有机按固化剂0.2‑0.4份、脱模剂0.2‑0.6份以及渗透剂0.2‑0.6份。本发明在树脂胶制作过程中采用了甲醛捕捉剂,使得胶液中相对游离醛减少,一次浸渍后再浸渍涂布胶水,进行两段烘干,这样将脲醛树脂形成了良好封密层,降低了甲醛向外释放几率;甲醛捕捉剂的加入也增加了胶水的交联密度,同时也保持了一定的胶层韧性,增加了胶层表面的封闭性,有效降低了覆膜纸的甲醛含量。
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing film coated paper for low-formaldehyde furniture. The method comprises the steps of performing half pre-wetting; drying the immersing adhesive after adhesive-coated paper is subjected to primary immersing; drying the coating adhesive after adhesive-coated paper is subjected to secondary immersing; and cooling and stacking, wherein the immersing adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-100 parts of formaldehyde, 30-50 parts of urea and 8-12 parts of a formaldehyde catching agent; and the coating adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of a melamine resin adhesive, 0.2-0.4 part of a latent organic amine curing agent, 0.2-0.6 part of a release agent and 0.2-0.6 part of a penetrating agent. According to the preparation method, the formaldehyde catching agent is adopted in the resin adhesive preparing process, so that relatively free formaldehyde in adhesive liquid can be reduced, the coating adhesiveimmersingis performed after primary immersing, and two-phase drying is carried out, so that an excellent sealing layer is formed on urea resin, and the probability of formaldehyde release can be reduced; and the cross-linking density of the adhesive is increased by adding the formaldehyde catching agent, certain adhesive layer toughness is maintained, the sealing performance of the adhesive surface is improved, and the content of formaldehyde of the film coated paper can be effectively reduced.
