Abstract

The invention discloses a compound desulfurizer and a single-injection particle magnesium molten iron compound desulfurization method, and belongs to the technical field of steel and iron metallurgy. The compound desulfurizer comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 28-58% of lime, 1-3% of fluorite, 38-68% of particle magnesium, and 0.3-1% of graphite powder. During desulfurizing, the compound desulfurizer is firstly fed in a storage tank; then, the compound desulfurizer in the storage tank is loaded to an injection tank; and finally, the compound desulfurizer in the injection tank is injected into molten iron for desulfurization. The compound desulfurizer and the single-injection particle magnesium molten iron compound desulfurization method can improve the viscosity of molten iron slag to enable the slag to locate in a loose state, facilitate slagging, are excellent in desulfurization effect and low in consumption of the desulfurizer, reduce the cost consumption, need no equipment upgrading, and in particular, are suitable for desulfurization process upgrading of enterprises adopting the single-injection particle magnesium desulfurization.
本发明公开了一种复合脱硫剂及单吹颗粒镁铁水复合脱硫方法,属于钢铁冶金技术领域。所述复合脱硫剂按照质量百分比由以下组分组成:石灰28%~58%,萤石1%~3%,颗粒镁38%~68%,石墨粉0.3%~1%。脱硫时,先将复合脱硫剂装入储料罐中,再将储料罐中的复合脱硫剂上料至喷吹罐,最后将喷吹罐中的复合脱硫剂喷进铁水中进行脱硫。本发明的复合脱硫剂及单吹颗粒镁铁水复合脱硫方法,能够改善铁水渣的粘度,使渣呈松散状态,利于扒渣,且脱硫效果好,脱硫剂耗量低,降低了成本消耗,不需要进行设备升级改造,特别适用于采用单吹颗粒镁脱硫的企业进行脱硫工艺升级。
