Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-flaming anti-fragment composite board and a preparation method thereof. Specifically, the anti-flaming anti-fragment composite board is prepared from n layers of aramid fiber prepreg and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene prepreg composite layers, m layers of aramic fiber nonwoven and n layers of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene nonwoven, wherein the aramid fiber prepreg and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene prepreg composite layers, the aramic fiber nonwoven and the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene nonwoven are of staggered and stacked structures, and at least one of the m and the n is not smaller than 1. By adjusting an adhesive system of aramid fiber prepreg or an interface system between two fiber plate layers, the aramid fiber prepreg and the fiber plate layers are integrally combined well, anti-fragment performance of aramid fiber is improved at the same time, anti-flaming performance of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material is enhanced, and a finished product has both excellent anti-flaming performance and anti-fragment performance.
本发明公开了一种阻燃防破片复合板材及其制备方法,具体为n层的芳纶预浸料与超高分子量聚乙烯预浸料复合层、m层的芳纶无纬布以及n层的超高分子量聚乙烯无纬布进行交错层叠的结构,其中m和n中的至少一个数值不小于1;通过调整芳纶预浸料的胶粘剂体系或两种纤维片层之间的界面体系,将两者很好结合成一体,提高芳纶防破片性能的同时,增强超高分子量聚乙烯材料的阻燃性能,成品兼具优异的阻燃性能和防破片性能。
